We had special circumstances that made it imperative to get a generator installed quickly. Chris Holmes went above & beyond, truly, at a time when lead times are as much as 12 weeks just to get the unit. He put in a lot of time traveling all over the area to get the various parts needed for a successful installation. We also had special requirements for the WiFi connection and he was incredibly patient and persistent in working that through with us. He educated us about our options and the operation of the unit every step of the way. To top it all off, his price was very competitive

Chris was able to get the generator earlier than expected and completed the installation within two weeks. Excellent installation and strictly up to all electrical codes.
